Project summary

This foresight project explored how climate change and related crises could reshape occupational safety and health (OSH) across Europe by 2050. Combining horizon scanning, trend analysis, expert consultations, participatory workshops, and scenario development, it developed four alternative futures, a shared vision for resilient and sustainable workplaces, and strategic recommendations to strengthen anticipatory OSH policymaking and preparedness.
