Project summary
Building on a previous FOD foresight project on the future of synthetic drugs, this project supports the transition from scenario development to practical application within the European Union Drugs Agency (EUDA). Combining participatory co-creation, scenario activation, interactive foresight tools, stakeholder workshops, and capacity building, it develops a Scenario Activation Toolkit, guidance materials, and actionable recommendations to embed foresight into strategic decision-making and preparedness for emerging drug-related challenges.Project focus
